Main Ingredients
- 2 cups plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt full-fat or 2%
- 1 cup your favorite granola
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
Prepare Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients. If using larger strawberries, slice them into smaller, bite-sized pieces. Ensure your Greek yogurt is well-chilled.
First Yogurt Layer: In two tall glasses or jars, spoon about 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each. This forms the base layer for your Greek Yogurt Parfait.
Add Granola and Fruit: Next, add a layer of about 1/4 cup of granola over the yogurt in each glass. Follow this with a generous layer of mixed berries, using approximately 1/4 cup per glass.
Repeat Layers: Repeat the layers once more: another 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, followed by 1/4 cup of granola, and then the remaining mixed berries. This creates a beautiful, vibrant stacked effect.
Sweeten and Serve: If desired, drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup over the top of each Greek Yogurt Parfait for added sweetness. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunch of the granola.
- For a cleaner presentation, use a piping bag (or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped) to pipe yogurt layers.
- Lightly toast granola if it's lost some crunch. This also enhances flavor.
- Experiment with different fruits based on seasonality for fresh, optimal taste.
